Track REPS hours from your iCloud Mail inbox
RE:Writeoff connects to iCloud Mail (read-only) and turns property-related emails into IRS-grade activity logs — automatically.
What we capture from your iCloud Mail
- Maintenance threads with tenants and contractors
- Vendor invoices and receipts
- Insurance renewal notices and policy documents
- Property-management updates and statements
- Tax-relevant correspondence (HOA, utilities, escrow)
Address types: @icloud.com, @me.com, @mac.com.

What RE:Writeoff doesn't do
- · Read-only access — we never send, modify, or delete anything in your iCloud Mail
- · Irrelevant emails are dropped immediately; we only keep what's tied to a deductible activity
- · Mailbox credentials are encrypted at rest with envelope encryption
- · You can revoke access from iCloud Mail or from inside RE:Writeoff at any time
iCloud Mail FAQ
Does this work with Hide My Email aliases?
Yes. RE:Writeoff reads whatever lands in your iCloud inbox — alias-routed messages included.
What about iCloud+ custom domains?
Yes. iCloud+ custom domains route through the same IMAP server.
Can Apple see what I'm tracking?
No. RE:Writeoff talks to iCloud over IMAP using your app-specific password — Apple sees the IMAP login, not what we do with the data.
